Information we may collect from you
We may collect and process the information you give us. This may arise from you filling in forms on our site www.theoldoaks.co.uk (our site), by taking part in a draw, by corresponding with us by phone, email or in writing, or by providing your information when making a booking.
We may collect information from you when you use our free wifi service at Old Oaks.
This also includes information you provide when you change/update your personal details, contact preferences etc. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address, car registration and phone number.
CCTV cameras at the entrance of our park and in our shop are used as a security measure for guests staying at Old Oaks and the park’s owners and staff.
Still photographs of car registrations, entering and leaving the park are taken to enable the efficient operation of our Automated Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system.
How we use the information
We use information you give to us, providing that you have given us the necessary consent, to provide you with:

- Information about goods, services and events that may be of interest to you
- Notifications about changes to Old Oaks
- News and updates about Old Oaks
- We may share your information with our wifi system provider for customer support purposes only. When using our premium wifi service, payments are processed via Paypal, which is a secure payment service
- Security for yourselves and your property whilst staying at Old Oaks (CCTV & ANPR)
We will not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where we store your personal data
The data that we collect from you is stored within the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It is kept with an online service provider and we will take reasonable steps to ensure that your data is kept secure and in accordance with this privacy policy.
Please be aware that the transmission of information via the internet can never be completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, any transmission is at your own risk.
CCTV footage is stored on a secure hard drive, in a locked cabinet for 2 weeks after capture. Still camera images from the ANPR system are retained within our database. Once we have received your information, we will try to prevent unauthorised access.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will always inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes.
You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by not checking the necessary boxes to give such consent on the forms we use to collect your data.
