Campsite in Somerset with on-site fishing lake
During the winter of 17/18 our pond will be restocked with 400 new fish of various sizes, including carp, scaley carp, chubb and tench (up to 12lb in weight).
Nestled beneath Old Oaks campsite, with a view of Glastonbury Tor, our half-acre coase fishing lake is well stocked with carp, tench and chubb. It's situated less than 300 metres from many of our pitches with good access and parking within 20 metres for the less able.
Exclusively for our caravan park guests, fishing is £8 per day or £39 per week, providing great value sport in an idyllic environment.
Fishing is available from dusk to dawn (no night fishing).

A haven for wildlife
Even if fishing's not your thing, the pond is still well worth a visit for it's beauty alone. The whole touring park is a haven for wildlife but nowhere more so than at the pond. Foxes, herons and even kingfishers are but a few of the animals that can be spotted here. See our wildlife page.
