Friday Night is Fish and Chip Night
After many years of trying to get a takeaway food van to come to Old Oaks campsite and serve our guests, we took matters into our own hands and now work with a number of local takeways to bring a range of scrummy food, direct to the campsite.
Monday night - Pizza and Kebab service
Wednesday and Sunday night ~ Indian takeaway service
Saturday night ~ Chinese takeway service
NEW for 2018 Thurs night - Wood-fired pizza night (on site) from Easter
Every Friday we've organised a fish & chip delivery service for Old Oaks guests. Here's how it'll work:
1 ~ Pre-order your food by completing an order form (available in tourist info room and reception) by 5pm on the day.
2 ~ Pay at reception (cash only). NB. There is a £1 per person delivery charge to cover admin and organisation.
3 ~ The food will be delivered to the tourist information room at approx 6.30 - 6.45pm.
Friday nights are very busy in the fish & chip business (and Old Oaks reception) and so exact delivery times cannot be promised. Very large orders may mean a longer wait, but we'll do our best to give you an expected delivery time.
Placing your order as early as possible will give us a better indication of numbers and estimated delivery times.
NB. There will be a £1 delivery charge per person to cover admin & time.
